ANCIENT CIVILIZATION: POLITICAL INSTITUTIONS AND LEGAL REGULATION

Dear Colleagues!

The Scientific & Educational Centre for Classical Studies at Yaroslavl State University (Russia) will conduct a web-conference on «Ancient Civilization: Political Institutions and Legal Regulation». All professors, PhD students and qualified scholars in Classical Studies are invited to participate in the conference. This forum-like discussion of presented papers will be held on the centre’s website. Besides the discussion of papers on the main topic, it is planning to conduct virtual round work tables (with subsequent publication of the texts) on the problems:

1. “Scientific Research in Classical Studies Today: An Application of New Information Technologies."
2. “An Application of Technological Innovations in Teaching of Classical Studies."

Papers are to be submitted by the 1st of October 2011.

The discussion will start on the 1st of November 2011.

  • Length of paper: up to 20,000 characters.
  • Abstract of 1,500 characters.
  • State your first name, family name, current position, affiliation, mailing (postal) address, e-mail address.
